Awesome Service

We had awesome service from a knowledgeable and kind, pleasant tech today! Thanks to Jimmy for great service and replacing our capacitor on a weekend. We bought our machine from Apple last spring and are long-time customers. Jimmy spent his time diagnosing the issue, talking with us and educating us, and doing great work. Thanks for great customer service!! 🙂 Great guy.
