Maintenance
Annual check-up and maintenance can significantly increase the system's performance reducing energy costs and extending the life of the unit. A dirty air filter can reduce airflow, making the heating and cooling system work harder to warm or cool the home, and that not only wastes energy buy also shortens the lifespan of the system.
Our Preventative Maintenance Proposal provides your system with the following professional services:
- Complete a survey of your equipment that includes the brand, model, serial numbers and filter size(s) in order to have a complete and accurate record of your equipment
- We will furnish and install a new filter(s) as well as provide a condensate drain treatment to keep your system running at it's highest potential.
- Complete a "Service Report" which details the condition of your system on each visit.
- Check Refrigerant Pressures and Temperatures to insure proper cooling, capacity and efficiency
- Check the indoor coil temperature drop to maintain proper cooling of your home
- Record voltage and amperage readings of the system to insure it is operating at it's top potential
- Lubricare all moving parts which provides smooth and tireless running of your system
- Spray the indoor and outdoor coils to remove surface dirt that lower efficiency
- Check your thermostat for proper operation and calibration to give you peace of mind
- The most important value of all is the knowledge that what we provide is done with honesty and integrity and with your best interest at the top of our list.

New and Replacement Systems
We offer FREE ESTIMATES on all new and replacement systems. Our experienced sales team will come to your home and assess your specific comfort needs and recommend an energy-efficient system that is appropriately sized for the home. It is important that your system is properly sized. An oversized unit can cycle on and off more often using more energy. An undersized unit may have to run longer to achieve your comfort level consuming more energy both raising electric costs.
